To prepare the weekend
How far in advance should we book?
For integration weekends of more than 100 people, allow 3 to 6 months' notice, especially for September-October weekends (very much in demand). Regular schools book their date as soon as the previous academic year starts.
Do you handle the accommodation?
We coordinate with two partners 5 minutes away: Camping Les Cigales (mobile homes, tent pitches) and Les Villages sous les Pins (residence). Rates negotiated for integration weekend groups, booked alongside your activities quote.
How does tournament mode work?
You send us the team line-ups (by class, by year group, at random…). We organise timed challenges and points on each activity, with the final ranking displayed. The prize-giving can take place on site or in the evening at the accommodation.
What is the payment method for student unions?
Invoice issued in the name of your non-profit association or the school, payment by administrative transfer (SIRET, bank details provided on quote) or society cheque. 30% deposit on confirmation, balance the day before at the latest.
