Adrénaline Parc general FAQ
Is there a car park for my vehicle?
The park has a free private car park for customers, at the site entrance. No booking needed to park. See the access map.
How long should I allow for a visit?
Allow 2 hours for the children's courses and 3 hours for the teen / adult courses — that's what it takes to fully enjoy the treetop adventure. To combine several activities (paintball + courses for example), plan for a half-day. See all prices.
Do I need to book in advance?
No, there's no need to book unless you're a group of at least 20 people — we have enough harnesses and gear to welcome you without an appointment. For groups of 10+ people, a prior call is required on 05 58 48 56 62.
Are there any weather restrictions?
In the rain, the activity remains possible: bring rain gear or a change of clothes. In the event of a confirmed storm or strong wind, we suspend the high-level activities (treetop adventure) for safety reasons.
Will I be refunded if the weather worsens during the activity?
We do not give refunds once entry has been paid. However, if the activity has to be stopped due to unfavourable conditions, the person in charge of the park assesses the situation case by case and may offer a credit note. Contact us for any complaint.
Can I come with a school group or a day-care centre?
Yes, just contact us to book. We welcome groups of up to 250 people at once — tailor-made packages for schools, day camps and holiday centres.
Are dogs allowed in the park?
Yes, provided they are kept on a lead at all times. They obviously can't join you on the high-level courses.
Can I leave the park and come back later?
Leaving the park is final — so make sure you don't forget anything when you come, to make the most of your time on site. Remember to stop by our snack bar between activities.
Is there somewhere to leave my belongings?
Yes, we have free lockable lockers at reception where you can leave your things (keys, wallet, phone) while you're on the courses. See the photo gallery for a preview of the park.
How are the installations inspected?
Adventure parks are subject to a European standard (NF EN 15567) that sets the operating rules. Our treetop installations are checked daily by our team and undergo an annual inspection by an independent certified body.
I'm pregnant — can I do the activities?
We strongly advise pregnant women not to do treetop adventure, paintball or quad biking — a knock or a bad zipline landing can be a risk. You're of course welcome as an accompanying visitor, and can enjoy the snack bar.
Can I bring my own picnic?
Yes, picnic tables are available free of charge, in the shade of the pines. You can also enjoy the park's snack bar (open July-August, homemade burgers at €11).
Treetop adventure FAQ
What is treetop adventure?
Treetop adventure is an outdoor leisure activity where you move from tree to tree in complete safety along built courses (walkways, monkey bridges, ziplines, nets…). Our adventure course: 30 courses, 300 games, secured with a continuous lifeline.
Can we do treetop adventure as a family?
Yes, from age 5, the Pitchoun course is accessible (5–7 years, at ground level and low height), then the 7 Courses A to G (7–10 years) up in the trees. An adult must stay on the ground to follow and watch them. See family prices or organise a birthday.
What's included in the adventure course entry price?
The price includes: the cost of the gear (harness, lanyards, carabiners, pulley), a full safety briefing, and supervision throughout the courses by our operators. See the full price list.
What should I wear for treetop adventure?
Sportswear recommended + closed trainers (flip-flops and espadrilles are not allowed). Tie back long hair. Avoid jewellery, it can get caught. See the photo gallery to picture the courses.
What's the best time for treetop adventure?
In high summer, we recommend coming in the morning (before 2 pm) — in the afternoon, it's busier and the queues are longer. Off-season, any opening slot is comfortable. See seasonal hours.
Can people come with us without taking part?
Yes, that's possible. Only participants pay for entry, access is free for accompanying visitors. You can follow them from the ground, take photos from the pine forest, and enjoy the park's snack bar while they climb.
Can I take off my harness and put it back on later?
Yes and no. If you're caught short, you can take off your harness — but ask an operator to re-equip you afterwards, in the designated equipment areas. Once definitively returned, the gear is not handed back. Remember the toilets before heading up the adventure course.
Paintball FAQ
What is paintball?
Paintball is played in two teams. Each player has a marker (gun), a protective mask and a game T-shirt. Our instructors explain the different game modes: elimination, capture the flag, defending a point. Ideal for a stag/hen party or a birthday.
What should I wear to play paintball?
Sportswear recommended and trainers required. No need to come heavily covered, you'll have to run to defend your team. Avoid light-coloured clothes (the paint shows visually) — dark T-shirts welcome. See the paintball page.
Does it really hurt?
Not at all. We play with a new format of smaller balls, which reduces the impact. This makes the sport more fun and accessible to everyone, children and adults alike. See the Kids and Adult Paintball prices.
Does the paint come off clothes easily?
Yes, luckily: our water-based, biodegradable paint washes out very well. A simple machine cycle makes the stains disappear. Also discover quad & mini moto to complement a game.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Not possible. For fairness between players, everyone must play with the same gear provided by the park. This also ensures our safety standards are met. Private hire available for seminars.
Quad & mini moto FAQ
How does the quad / mini moto activity work?
An instructor kits you out (helmet, gloves) and explains how the vehicle works. You start on a test course so the instructor can make sure the riding rules are understood, then you move to the main track. See the quad & mini moto page.
What should I wear?
You need trousers and closed shoes. Open shoes (flip-flops, sandals) are strictly forbidden. Helmet and gloves are provided by the park. See quad/mini moto prices.
Can I ride a quad if I'm an adult?
No, the quad is only for children and teens under 14. For adults (from 14), it's the cross mini moto that's available — thrills guaranteed. More info on riding.
Can two people share a vehicle?
No, one person per vehicle. It's an absolute safety rule that applies without exception, whatever the age of the intended passenger. See also our treetop courses for a family activity.
Can I bring my own motorcycle helmet?
Yes, only if it carries the approval standard (visible ECE 22.05 label or higher). Otherwise, a compliant helmet is provided free of charge. See the quad page.
I've never ridden a moto or quad — can I try?
Of course! Our instructors supervise and advise you. We have circuits suited to all levels — from beginner to advanced — to progress at your own pace in a safe setting. Ideal for a team-building weekend.
Do I need to change gears on the vehicles?
No, all our vehicles are automatic. No prior technical knowledge is required — you focus only on the line and the riding.
Can I hire a quad for a ride outside the park?
Not possible. You do the activity exclusively on a closed circuit inside the park. No outdoor excursions are offered. Contact us for more info.
